We need Volunteers for Brian's Ride.   Looking for people to help out in advance, to solicit and acquire Raffle Donations, to sell tickets, etc...

Below are examples of where volunteers are needed:

 

PARKING LOT

• set up cones, identify parking lanes, direct riders INTO and OUT OF the lot

• help set up booths and tables

• litter control

REGISTRATION

• collect donations and waiver signatures at the entrance to the lot

• distribute the wrist bands or stamps identifying donations payment

RAFFLE

• sell tickets for merchandise

• sell 50/50 raffle tickets

ROAD GUARDS

• help provide safe leadership for all riders by working with the Road Captain(s) and Police Details

• Traffic Control, assist as necessary
